3d Lacrosse is excited to bring our cutting edge, high repetition and IQ increasing 3d Methodology back to Alabama for our 5th annual Bama Camp! Players will learn the basics of throwing and catching to advanced shooting, dodging, defending and other skills. 3d Lacrosse training is proven to bring players' skills to the next level. The focus of camp will be on player development and lacrosse IQ using small-sided drills and games where players will get more touches throughout camp. The tempo of practice will propel players out of their comfort zone and drive dramatic improvements over the four days of camp. We'll also have position-specific coaching for all players, including goaltenders and face off specialists!
Returning in 2024 is our Elite Training in the afternoons. This is for advanced players looking for higher level training and coaching from Middle school up through High school age players, we'll be diving deeper into position-specific training and give you the tools to get a leg up on your competition. We'll be getting live reps of in-game scenarios as well as much more to help you head into the summer ready to dominate!
We are teaming up with Atlanta Storm for our annual Bama Camp to include girls programming this year. Coaches from Atlanta Storm will be in attendance to help grow the game for female players from Alabama. Don't miss this great training opportunity!
